Thank you for your sharing, this is very inspiring! “I do not learn anything when I am speaking. I learn a lot when I am listening.” This is so true! There are a lot of hidden message behind a conversation, an active listening is very useful, especially when talking to your clients and also the bosses. Sometimes, a successful deal might beyond the products and price, but your attitude towards the counterpart.
